Survived Upper GI & colonoscopy

Yesterday I had a upper GI and colonoscopy. Checking for ulcers and colon cancer. I turn the big 5-0 on June 28th. All is well! No cancer or ulcers. The MoviPrep the night before was awful! Liquid diet sucks!

Yeah, they really make sure it is all clear, before they will consider giving you an "all clear"!

I wouldn't wish the procedure on anyone, but at least you did not go through all of that for bad news, right?

Glad to hear you are OK. Nice to see you again, as well.

Well, please pardon any unintentional puns or oxymorons, but I'm glad you got a clean bill of health. :)

At least they didn't send a robot into your brain to find the allspark like Megatron did to poor Sam.

It's no fun, but it's better than finding out the hard way!

Not as risky as a lack of awareness of the risks of prostate cancer! Or did you mean risque?

It may not be very pleasant to go through, but at least you know you're healthy. :)

I dread the day I need to get mine checked. As I get older, I realize I'm not as young as I used to be. Some things don't work as they used to. my left chest has been having sharp pains and my left eye has been twitching. I'm kinda worried. Probably just gas. I don't have medical insurance yet for another 4 months. Then I'm gonna go get checked out.
