ach, fine. jarron just asked me about it anyway.
so in grade school, a college about an hour from my hometown had this college for kids program, where you took classes for like a week every year. one year, i took some chemistry course or somesuch. we were doing a project to gold plate pennies by baking some chemical on. it being summer, and me not knowing laboratory saftey, i had sandals on. so as i was holding it over a bunsen burner with tongs, the rivet on the tongs gave, and it wound up on my foot. so i kicked it off, and it left a nice burn streak down most of my foot.
I kind of wish I was a horribly disfigured individual like the rest of you, so I could share some amazing stories. But unfortunately, I don't have a single scar to speak of, even though I've had an operation and almost needed stitches at least once. I must just be a fast healer.
yeah, me too, i'm fairly unscathed...I mean accept for the minor scraps and cuts.
I did have magnesium oxide poisoning thing...in my chem class...we ignited magnesium in a crucible, then I dumped it in water. It let out noxious fumes, I took a big wiff...then I lost feeling in my arms.
