That was after I was recovering from injuries!! That one eyed monstrosity was lucky. The second time we fought Soundwave stopped it!! I would have tore that eye out of his head otherwise. I can't really participate in this debate, as G1 Megatron and G1 Galvatron are the only ones I know, and t is not my intention to completely sidetrack this... BUT... Question here...
The issue was who was the most "EVIL." (Not the strongest, or most successful!)
So... Given the examples I mentioned, and any that you are more familiar with... who would be "more evil..."
MEGATRON, who's lust for power is insatiable, yet who is both stable and rational...
or GALVATRON, who's bloodlust is insatiable, and who is complete psychotic and unpredictable?
IOW... Are we calling it for LAWFUL EVIL (Megatron) or CHAOTIC EVIL (Galvatron)?
(And is "Galvtron" even considered an incarnation of Megatron? I consider him this, but is that anywhere near a general view?)

Firstoff, I think G1 Megatron is possibly Neutral Evil. Depending on the given media he is portrayed in, his schemes can be less methodical than LE would imply. I'm guessing he tends more toward an LE portrayal in more modern comics. That said, I think he was more evil than Galvatron. Galvatron was so erratic as to be totally ineffectual. He could hardly focus his attention long enough to do something evil for evil's sake, and mostly just did something violent for violence' sake.
