I got this earlier today. Don't know much about it. It was on the shelf in a local hobby store. It was quite cheap.

Its a static plastic figurine/statuette. There's nothing stamped on it to indicate that its from a series.

(I got a two piece plastic box with a indent for it to fit into when I bought it. Its sitting on my perma display shelf with a pair of aliens figures(Queen and drone), a storm sworder zoid and a mighty max playset at the moment. LOL)

Very cool. I would have grabbed it too. I collect dragons too.

Heres some of the non transformers stuff I found at garage sales.

This is some weird combiner I bet. But I don't seem to have enough of its pieces to combine it. Anyone know what it is?

Image

And this is a sample of the of the old toys I bought. All the scifi stuff seems to go together all those holes connect all these fins and things. The grid thing in the back may be some other building toy. The scifi stuff is marker "mega corp 1976". It also seems to be powered, there are battery cavities in most of the larger pieces. Anyone know what it is?

I assume the sarcophagi and horse are also separate items.

So even that grid stuff with the holes and the sarcophagi seem to go to it. interesting, I got 2 or 3 times what is shown in the pictures. To bad its dirty and has some yellowing.

Haven't a clue what it is but I used to (might still) have one of those robots with the drill in its crotch. Think mine was missing a fair few bits too.

R.I.P, Menasor.

I can't believe I thought Cassettes were the way of the future.

Is +1 on Kups list.

Looking up micronauts on ebay, all of the stuff in the pic, except maybe the horse is being sold as micronauts.

Yep. It was kind of a building toy for space stations and scifi stuff in the 70's that generated a story line and comics.
As far as I understand, there are some modern issues by TakaraTomy. If I had the capital, i'd love to collect them...

Compulsive buying, love it! I got a PS1 the same way last week - "if it's cheap it won't hurt".

Too bad some things seem to be missing. Was the spoiler and bomb also included?

Received my GI Joe ROC RHINO today.

It is a pure repaint of the previous RHINO. They didn't even shave down the foot pegs to fit the newer style figures, but it is pretty nice. It is the first Joe Vehicle released since they started making the newest style of figure to seat more than 2 (it actually seats up to 10).

For those of you not in the know, it is an APV that has a fully functional helicopter than launches up out of the center of the vehicle.

I have on the way to me, an SDCC exclusive G I Joe Rise of Cobra Destro 2 pack....

This is the only way they will be releasing the Christopher Ecceltston likeness figure which makes no sense whatsoever, as he is unmasked 95% of the film.....

I know what this figure is. It's based off a videogame character called Bahamut, from the videogame series Final Fantasy. I used to play those games in high school (instead of doing homework ha). This particular Bahamut is from Final Fantasy VIII

Bahamut is a recurring character in the Final Fantasy game series.

Oh well that explains why I didn't know what it was. {I have never even looked at any Final fantasy games. Not my thing.}

Thanks for the ID Overlord. :D
