I live in a *small* town in the middle of nowhere, and even our bank requires a thumbprint from non account holders. That said, I doubt they'd require a stump print... I imagine they'd just say "smile for the camera!" and save the videotape.

same type of bank that requires hair follicle drug testing for some employees...i.e. many
