Does anybody else drink Mountain Dew?

Post by captainamerica »

If so, I could use a big favor.

Mt Dew is currently running a promotion, called Green Label Gear ( http://www.greenlabelgear.com/ ). As part of the promotion, they've produced some limited edition aluminum bottles available at select retailers. I have no idea where they're available at, but I'm looking for the bottle by Nathan Cabrera. It's a green bottle with an anime-style girl blowing a bubble gum bubble, you can see it on the link I provided, below the sneakers. I just found out I won some sneakers and would like to have a bottle to go with it. I'll be happy to buy your dew and pay for shipping the empty bottle.

I know this is a reeeeeeally strange request, but any help would be appreciated. Even learning which stores carry the bottles would be a big help.

I am not allowed medically to do the dew, but if I see the bottle I will pick it up for you.

You don't mind paying for a sealed bottle, do you?

Do you have any idea where these bottles might be sold? I will ask the pepsi vendor at work and see if he knows anything

1) Word is you can buy them at just about any GAS STATION/CONVENIENCE STORE. NOT grocery stores.

2) It looks like somebody smeared poo on those shoes

3) I've been boycotting Dew ever since this "Mtn" business. I refuse to support the further dumbing down of America, even in subtle ways like this (I'm looking at YOU "Syfy"!)

I do the dew quite often. Though I am still in Italy so probably won't be seeing those bottles. Saw some last year or the year before though. This is not the first time the pepsi co. has done this. Good luck with the hunt.

Still no luck finding the bottle. My Pepsi rep says they're not available here.

I've looked. Haven't seen even a hint of them...

No, but he sounds cool. Does it look like official product? I might want him.

I believe that's Dispensor. He's from the first movie, or a commercial promotion from the first movie. They did a robot heroes version of him, I wasn't aware he got the full TF treatment.

captainamerica, are you still looking for that bottle? Our local walmarts have gotten the green label gear bottles in and I snagged the one you were looking for.

Since the bottle isn't glass, I assume it's safe to put in a padded envelope? I'll have to drink it, cause I don't think you can send liquid in the mail..
