TT's return from Hiatus
Hey, all. As some of you may have noticed, I've been out for a while. For this I apologize. I've just now brushed up on a couple hundred posts ... The good news is, for now, I have a stable, full-time job. Til June. I enjoy it so far! But, it's good to be back, and I'll be checking in regularly so things don't pile up so much as we have. Now that I'm back, I'd like to welcome the new members that have come through our doors while I was away:
Dude
Silverbolt
Drummingcraig
Spursboy
Unkrazimatik
and Audiomotionink,
I'd like to welcome all of you and I hope you'll stick around and we'll get to know each other!
I'd also like to compliment all the good discussions that have gone on, the welcome with which these new folk have been treated, and the customs and fan art work & writings that have been made!
Next, I know some of you PM'ed me quite a while back, now, and have probably been wondering if I exist. I believe I sent each of you at least a short reply, and I hope to be in touch with you more soon. A couple PM's were regarding the RP... as I said, I'm putting my head together with Blackjack, and we'll (hopefully soon) be coming up with some improvements to the roleplay and get the spring RP season rolling!
I know a lot of questions on the forum probably needed my attention, though I was happy to see a majority of questions answered by our community. I was hesitant to post replies to each thread I saw, as not to gravedig, and not to spend further hours upon hours repeating what was in posts I missed as I tried to absorb all that's happened!
SO...
If you have ANY questions that you have previously asked, and no one was able to answer for you here, please feel free to bring them to my attention in this thread. If you haven't discussed your question at all yet, feel free to post a new thread in the appropriate area. I hope I'll be able to help to make up for the work I've missed!
Finally, I'd like to send out my appreciation to Trance, Magnus, Minerva, and all the mods who have kept this place running in my unexpected absence. You've done a great job!

Welcome back, stranger! That's great news about your new fulltime jorb...you'll have to catch us up on the particulars. I've come down with a serious case of lack-of-TT-itis.
Also, how bout FTPing your goldmine of ROTF pix? I'll edit em, rename em and get em posted. I've got that itchy archive finger again

Sorry guys. hugs for all?
Here's the story of the new jorb:
Those of you who have known me the longest will remember that this town runs solely on a single paper mill, 110 years old, where my dad worked for 29 years (until a hump em and dump em outfit cut up the machines he worked on for scrap before closing the mill). The mill reopened about 3 or 4 years ago under a private owner, and, has been hiring a college Paper Science student on co-op to monitor stock flows of the pulp going into the machines. This spring semester, it seems they were in shortage of a Paper Science student, so they hired me for the job. It's fun, it pays well, and though I'd never have thought it, but i'm working at the mill!
