Today is a good day to die.....but the day is not yet over!
G1 Trypticon laser cannon/gun
Of course I left the battery in the gun and now the laser doesn't work. If anyone has this or can get one for me, please lmk....thanks
Which gun? Does it not work because the batteries leaked?
I have been able to repair most items where the battery leaked. Normally I only need to use a Q-tip dipped in Goo Gone. If the contacts are really rusty I scrape them with a utility knife or something. Once the batteries connect to clear metal on both side it usually works again.

I tried cleaning the contacts then decided to open the gun up and to my dismay, one of the wires split. So it looks like I have to get another one. This will be the second transformer/part that I lost to corrosion.LD2062 wrote:Which gun? Does it not work because the batteries leaked?

I am also in need of the Sky Lynx base that works. One of the battery contacts broke, so I couldn't save him either.
