RTS Grapple was readily available in Canada as well. Finding him stateside has been a real pain though.

Welcome to every adult-collector-targeted toy lately.
Grappel
Lugnut
Wheeljack
Perceptor
Wreck-Gar
Thundercracker
Strafe
Warpath
G2 Laser Prime
Legends Trailcutter
Legends Optimus
Legends Megatron
Legends Starscream
Windcharger
Chopsaw
Demolitions Rumble
Downshift

These all effectively evaded release. Either the numbers were incredibly low, or region-limited, or just not at all. I tire of having recolors upon recolors, because it costs so much to develop a new mold... but then they invest in new molds, and only produce a few thousand figures! Or none at all!

I had to get mine through ebay. Paid about $10 more than I should have. But, I finally have him.
