Weapon/Accessory identification help

Post by duttry98 »

I recently picked up a box lot with a hodge podge of all kinds of goodness. I sorted through it and was lect with these questionable pieces. I have an "idea" where some belong but would rather get others professional opinions. Thanks for any and all help!!!!

Ok I'm an idiot..... all my time here and I just now realized there's a part identifier RIGHT NEXT TO the figure identifier. Feel free to slap me.

Don't worry about asking for help. Some of us LIKE playing "name that figure/part". (Some of us are even good at it.)

i've never tried the parts identifier here, only the figure identifier. Did you get your questions answered? You can tell me if i got these right:

A1: G1 Swoop's wing-mounted missile launcher (color variant? Diaclone?)
A2: G1 Swoop's (or Diaclone's) other wing-mounted missile launcher
A3: G1 Jazz's shoulder-mounted missile launcher
A6: G1 Topspin's pistol
A7: G1 Tracks's missiles and missile mount
A8: breastplate for G1 Superion (combined form of G1 Aerialbots)
B2: fist of G1 or G2 Starscream or other G1/G2 Seeker
B4: G1 Soundwave's "missile"/gun barrel
B5: G1 Jazz's pistol
B8: shoulder-mounted missile launcher for G1 Red Alert or e-Hobby exclusive G1 Clamp Down*
B14: missile from G1 Red Alert or e-Hobby exclusive G1 Clamp Down*

*G1 Sideswipe and e-Hobby exclusive G1 Tigertrack have the same launcher with a different-colored trigger/tab; e-Hobby exclusive G1 Deep Cover has a blue launcher. i think only Japanese releases have springs strong enough to actually launch the missiles. Red Alert and Clamp Down have red missiles; Sideswipe, Tigertrack, and Deep Cover have white missiles.
One shall stand; one shall fall; and the one who stands shall help the one who falls to stand once again.

A1 and 2 are G1 Starscream's launchers, so it's the fist on B2. G2 has a different color.

A4 is Tracks' gun and A7 are its missile launcher setup.

B3 suits Laserbeak or Buzzsaw, right side.

B4 is Shrapnel's gun.

B10 works for Grapple or Inferno.

B11 are Smokescreen's launchers.

B12 is a broken gun for Bluestreak, Prowl or Smokescreen.

B13 is Jazz missile.

B15 is Hook's gun.

Thanks all for the help. Between members input and the sites identifier, I was able to pinpoint 90% of what's here. As for the ones I couldn't find, I'm thinking they're not TF related at all. One thing that gets me are the Starscream launchers....., they're both two completely different shades of gray. Could one be a reissue you think?

Could be, or could be not. I consider myself colorblind to distinguish shades of colors, as they depend on the manufacturing process. You would have to inspect them real close - it could even be a KO. For the last case, you may test them on a Starscream, a KO shouldn't fit right.
