I wouldn't say they were that much smaller than Micromasters, but then it's impossible to say for sure as each one is a different size. Soundwave and Bumblebee are indeed tiny, but Thrust is surprisingly big compared to them.

I like large TFs too Des - I'm on the lookout for a Metroplex soon, then possibly a Fort Max if I can find one cheap enough(!) (or not!)

My 'Cheap' fort max had no extra bits and still missing cerebros and his chest ramp and control center canopy...

A cheap Fort Max..... £600 would be cheap!!

Ok I am going to create a black zarack out of a scorponok. Now I must hunt down a scorponok...(with both orange ramps, but no other accessories are needed. )

I really need to get around to doing a custom now... I'm using the same paints as you Des, since I used to use them to paint warhammer 40k stuff, and I know what i'm doing with them. I'm using the same paints for my pictures at the moment too... I've got a G1 reissue Starscream that's begging to look like a SunStorm...

I've still got at least four projects to go though.

#1 octane [RId sourge will become octane.]

#2 scorponok will become a cartoon accurate black zarack with a custom spear and face.

#3 BW TM megatron and classics grimlock will combine to form something similar to the grimlock image above.

#4 a tidal wave will get a make over to partner up with megazarack

Maybe more If is get inspired...

Next on my list of customs to do is an octane. repainted from RID scourge. (wiith some extra components added.

I don't really wan to intrude on what abominus is doing so I'll be breif.

Finish the grey on some small places of the beast mode and then get some more black, finish the head alternations and the robot modes chest and arms.
