You mis-transformed Galvatron. His upper legs need to be twisted so the silver hexagons face front.

hmm that seibertron galvatron pic is slightly incorrect...per the instructions the little feet at the back are supposed to be extended out a little bit, to give galvatron some extra spikes or what not behind his head
