Des, your seekers are terrific, although for "Tornado" I would have used a Darkwing instead...;) Maybe this one could be named "Cold Eagle"?

Here is my third custom seeker. I'm pretty happy with his alt mode now. I'll get the robot mode done soon and post pics once I'm finished.

BTW: its not Tf's but I though you may be interested in another object I have been painting:
Image
A warhammer Lord of change.

Top tip - painting camo.

First paint the under coat . This step can be done on a disassembled figure.

second. reassemble the figure [If you took it apart.]

third put in into its alt mode.

fourth paint large blobs in about three-four colors [stick to green brown, black for a similar scheme to marauders.]

After completing the alt mode either seal the paint you have already placed or ignore this step.

Fifth transform the figure into its robot mode.

Sixth. carry on the camo pattern from the visible parts of the alt mode.

EDIT:

Here are my four seekers.
[midnight, tornado, marauder and armarda thrust {as he should have looked}]

SECOND EDIT:
here is another closer up image of marauder on his own in robot mode

A new custom {made from a spare skyquake I had lying around}
Image

This is a decepticon called firestorm. I just have some minor touch ups to do and he'll be finished.

His background was that his body was always aflame and i emulated this by filing in all of the recesses in the skyquake mold with a nice bright orange.

Yeah, nice! I like the flames coming out of his thrusters. I bet he looks cool next to Fallen.

That takes a very steady hand for those lines. You have more patience than I would trying to get them to look like that.
