Just had a very good look at halo 3(ten minutes play).

Hud. metriod prime rip off anyone?

Weapons are chunky and look very similar to those in unreal 2: the awakening.

More siphons as I find them.

But it is very linear gameplay.

I've heard that Halo 3 isn't that good considering the hype. Plus I know the ending already so, I really don't care if I ever play it.
COD4n hint hint. Great game. Funny thing, before Halo 3 came out, there was like 11,000 - 14,000 people online playing COD4 Beta. That day that # dropped off to just under 900! Crazy.

yeah it's very overhyped computorn. Its just a slightly above average game. But as for COD 4 it looks ace. Maybe i'll get it after I've finished bioshock (another great game) and FEAR.

Halo 3 has a different ending if you beat it on legendary. I am trying but it is so dang hard! I love the online team play. I didnt stop playing last night till 5 am! Sunstorm and Computron, I may hit you up for a friend request later. What was your tag again Deszaras?

I'm very good at FPs games (having beaten most of my games on the hardest setting.) Have not tried halo 3 on ledgendary yet. About halfway through bioshoick on hard (which is excellent)

I haven't played my Xbox for a couple of weeks.... I was busy on days out for last week and have been back at work this week...

I've done the first four levels on that difficulty today and it is still easier than Gears on insane. [then it will always be easier as H3 has no real bosses. Even PDZ is harder on perfect and on that I've gotten to jungle storm on perfect.]

Well, the enemies seem to be alot harder to kill, and I get killed immediately. I have been getting better, and im collecting the skulls now, so I should be able to beat it on legendary. Can you still bash the aliens and kill them with one blow on legendary? I will be playing this evening and maybe we can start a game or something.

Well I have completed it on ledgendary today. no alternate ending and i kept ruuning out of ammo in the final two missions. But yes they are harder to kill but still die from a single sword/melee blow.

i went through and played the final mission on legendary and there is an alternate ending or so I think. You have to wait till the credits are done rolling. The thank you from bungie will play, then the credits. The ending after the credits rolls for quite a while. Its pretty sweet.

I've got Halo 3 and Stranglehold coming for my 360 from my online rental place, swapgame. I'm finally gonna have something decent online to play.....

My xbox hasn't been on for ages, and I keep posting that I'm going on, I just haven't found the time recently, which is weird cos I love my xbox . I'm definitely gonna check out H3 online now that it's coming. That's saved me £40 or so . Stranglehold sounds cool too....

The games should arrive Monday, which is cool cos' with the sport on tonite, there'll be no xbox getting a look in this weekend!

Halo 3 whats is that. Must resist temptation to stop playing Unreal tournament 3 Pc demo. (thats the reason I ain't played mine online for a week. Benn running round in UT3 getting Godlike killing sprees.)
