Look here

DOn;t worry this is just the name of the japanese release of zoidzilla. Gojulas they call him (but then only the RZ-001 version) Have a try but I'd expect to pay about $40-$60 for one now. [Others on the evil site are being unsold at $109 BIN]

that is very cool, Des - I was looking at an auction for a Redhorn the terrible over christmas after seeing yours, but ended up spending so much on TFs, I left it in the end.... :( I definitely want one at some point... 8)

Well I have just about found what I need to get the above. [the minigun is separate. and you have to buy five to get any. {which means I'll have spares  }] Now to find the zoid.

My brother had a bunch of those. I loved to sneak into his room and borrow them for a little while.

Later when he got older and deemed himself too "grown up" to play with them anymore he torched them with his buddy with kerosene or blew them to smithereens wth M-80s.

I sure with I had them now.

BTW, i finally dug up mine, the instructions call him an "electronic Battlesaurus" aka Ultrasaurus apparently.

Mine has gold instead of black (except for guns), translucent black instead of trans yellow, and the tiny mini figs are gold chrome. Oh, and red caps instead of black. It was bought brand new for me, so naturally it's complete, unapplied decals.

ED: If anyone is seriously interested, PM me. Otherwise, I'm content to keep him to have epic footraces against Trypticon. (Hmm, i'll have to try that...)

Curse you, Dez and TT. I want a Zoid and I have NO room for it! Do they still make them, or are they all old?

Do you know what year the Technozoids Battlesaurus was released? The Wiki article only dates the newer ones.

Most are old but they still make them in japan.

[Bio volcano and bio tyranno are from zoids genesis - 2005. My redhorn is a reissue. Fire pheonix is Z builders.]

But the zoids line started in about 1984. [the list of zoid I posted here is a good guide on those they released.]

For around $30 you can get some zoids. But you have to check the auction site.

[Some of the originals KRARK for example can go for $20-$60 complete and built or $80-$100 MISB/MIB/MOF]

Note: MOF is Mint On Frame

nice price, Des - considering the few Redhorns I watched over christmas went for between £9.99 and £29.99. I'd call £8.43 a bargain
