Yep. That's what I did with mine.
Rid Optimus Prime's little handgun can fit behind his leg kinda how it is done in vehicle mode. It fits best on his right leg. I'll post Pics if ya want sometime later. (If I ever get a camera...)

I like to experiment so I found out something new!
The classics wing guns for Ramjet, Skywarp, and Starscream fit into the G-1 seeker jet wing holes! They're loose but they stay!
You can also take classics Jetfire's handgun and stick them into the seeker jet wing holes too...... either the pegs on the side or the one on the bottom. You can split the Jetfire gun and have one half on each side or go nuts and have the big gun on one wing.
I like that because its overkill and I believe in doing a job over right!
Unfortunately neither of the classics guns fit where the landing gear hole is though.

I guess you could sand the gun pegs down but who wants to go there?

Well I can't help that I was cursed with an inquisitive nature, Trance, just like any other monkey!
The seekers are my guilty pleasure even though my leanings are Autobot so I'm always looking for different configurations for guns etc.
I don't mind telling you the classics guns on the G-1 seekers are wicked looking!

Especially for custom stuff!

Matt, DO NOT tell me you don't have a hound and a seeker gear in that mountain of yours.

The missile launching module on G1 OP's trailer fits through the square holes on the top and front of the trailer when closed.

G1 Astrotrain's gun hooks onto his wing, sort of.

You can put the null rays or the missiles from the MP seekers into the wings or arms of the classics seekers.
And vice versa you can put the launchers from the classics seekers on the Mp ones.

That's what's the treads on the sides are for. It is supposed to be a tank too in the Microchange series and that transformation is explicit on its pre-TF version too.

Isn't the tank mode in his instructions?

I don't believe so. The Ehobby reissue black (microchange color) perceptor comes with a microman minifig, who sits behind the scope as driver, and uses the slide tray as a seat back. It looks good posed with minibots too!
