Guns and swords need to be finished and he needs some slight work but Sword Storm is nearly complete.

Wow Deszaras, the head for that figure makes it look really awesome! Great job on him!

My hotrod/rodimus custom {new, Early modding}

{Gaps in vehicle mode need filling}
*********************
Dark future 'Valnir' {Head and vehicle mode need work}
Of the others present in the list of things I bought. Alt battle ravage {no gun or head} will get a new head and become dark future 'Burnout'. Cybertron sonic bomber? {I only know his galaxy force name} will get modded and repainted into Skyquake so he can stand next to my custom stalker.

Vehicle mode pics of Sword Storm:-

Camera was having a fit but you can mostly see what I did to alter the figure. {the rear spoiler was removed, the engine block was trimmed, cut in two and then glued in place. The front of the car has just had a new green stuff part added.}
On another note here is a glimpse of the chaos of my working area for my customs:-
and an update on my custom skyquake:-

Autobot symbol now covered up on skyquake:-
Most of the holes are now filled in hotrod/rodimus:-

[heel spurs are not ideal but are needed to stop him falling over backwards]

Do you airbrush or free hand paint?
How do you keep the paint from scrapping off during transformation?

mostly free hand. I then use a paint sealant {most commonly model varnish} to prevent paint scraping off during handling/transformation. [Although the design of some joints will always result in paint scraping.]

When I used to do gundam models I used to have to sand down the back side of some pieces so the joints wouldn't scrap off the paint. But thats really tricky, I never did perfect it. So even at the end I was getting a few loose joints.

A few of you may remember my Brawlicus custom {A bruticus made up from the many different recolors of the brawl mold.}
Well as I now have what I need to proceed into the projects next phase {A set of spare ruination fists and combiner squares from the junker motormaster I got today}
Hence the fist modded fist:-
And why would I do this crazy thing you ask?
the answer is simple. I give you the 'test shot' of my Brawlicus mega cannon:-
(He will have one of these for each hand. [both of which having been modified], each individual brawl will also have his dual cannon as well, so the combined robot as you can imagine will be bristling with artillery

)

Deszaras wrote:big update of all my current projects. {please ask for details if you want them}
I would LOVE details! Most importantly:
How do you find time to hold down a respectable, well paying job (which I know you do!) AND find your excellent TF buys AND make these excellent customs? Eh?

Oh, and my own personal custom update:
I have purchased a complete Fort Max. Thus, my dream custom project can now begin in earnest, as soon as it arrives. I'm fairly certain I have all the required parts... though I'm still debating whether I should *really* taint genuine transformers with the presence of a Power Ranger Zord.

update time:-
Scar is now complete {he does not transform, but that is part of his bio anyway.}

and a pic of him and swordstorm having a stand off:-
the rest:-

{I need time to finish the combiner and the head for BZ. Which I don't have enough of at the moment. I need some paint for skyquake in order to proceed with him.}

NEEDZ A HEDDDDD.....
Still waiting on the modeling putty? I can't wait to see him finished!
Also, bonecrusher looks better without those weird extendy forearms he never used in the movie anyway.

Nah just need some time to do the head right. {It needs a few hours straight work on it. I may be able to do some of it tomorrow as its my day off}
