I picked up Hotshot and Ratchet today. Ratchet is okay, remold of Ironhide. Hot Shot is a neat new mold of a classic figure. He looks amazing in Robot Mode, although the transformation is a pain in the butt and the rear bumper things don't look right.

I got a Animated Waspinator from Wal-Mart today, haven't had a chance to open him yet.

I made a order here for G1 Jazz, Seaspray, and RiD Prime. I really really wanted that Complete Wheeljack but I just can't afford him right now.

And I've also ordered Animated Ultra Magnus and one of the Rid Trainbots(can't remember his name, but now I just need one more) from BBTS.

When I first started buying G1's (that was only in January), I bought from BBTS. I bought Astrotrain and a MIB Tracks that's signed by the guy who did his voice. It cost me w/shipping $145. He is very overpriced compared to TFL. If I got that here, I would've spent $20 less, easy. Plus you can haggle with Matt. Additionally, Matt has everything and I mean EVERYTHING (Instructions, parts, tech specs, boxes, etc). My only complaint about here is the lack of multichangers. BBTS has all of them currently, where as Matt only has Blitzwing and Astrotrain. It could be because he hasn't put them up yet, but other than that, this site is awesome. Thank gawd i stumbled onto it.

If I ever hit the lottery, look out guys, because I will wipe TFL out...

Had a visit from Doublecross today. He gave me an early B day present as he'll be off in england for a few weeks visiting his inlaws.

He insisted that I open it at that moment. I can clearly say that I was pleasantly surprised:-

You have to get him, he looks fabulous!!! When I get around to buying MPs, I think he's going to be the first I get!

I hope you feal really special to get such a fantastic Bday-present!!

The KO Quake looks really nice too, I actually find his cannon better than the original which I always thought looked rather weedy.

Here's what arrived today:

1) MP Grimlock
2) Custom Autobot Spike
3) Transformers Animated Accessories items which includes: Stasis cuffs, All Spark key, The All Spark Pod and crystal orb, and Ratchet's magnets.

***MP Grimlock: Very cool and awesome figure! He has several very cool features! In Robot mode there is a button on the back of his head that allows you to change the color of his eyes from red to blue. His right hand will light up his sword or blaster gun. In Dino Mode: You can open the top part of his head to change color of eyes, move his head back and forth and he will move the back half too. He has a jaw action button on the side of his jaw, and he has very solid joints and is very posable in various positions! He also comes with the mind transfer helmet. And an apron, and bow tie and a tray he can hold with drinks??? Was there an episode with him doing this???
