so Ravage is a SINKING turd then?

I've been so gung ho for this movie for over 18 mos. After reading reviews from the London premiere and Japanese premiere, I can say I've wasted the past 18 months of excitement. This movie could have been so much more. I will still see it opening day no matter what, I am just very aggravated. I would list a bunch of spoilers, but I don't want anyone else to feel like s&*^ going into the movie as bad as I do. This should have been our Empire Strikes Back, instead we get balls (literally). We bitch and moan that he doesn't do things right, and we get a few bones tossed our way. But rather than do things correctly, we get Soundwave basically as a non entity even though he is the 3rd most important 'con. Ravage looks like a freaking chicken, Wheelie is more reminiscent of Rattrap, and still Screamer and Megatron love each other. I think I'm gonna go take a few energon cubes and go to bed.

I went to see the film yesterday and I thought it was pretty cool, better than the first one and has plenty of action

I ssen it last night with Rodimus Prime....Saying nothing about it until everyone else has seen it...

Hey how come you guys get to see it before others isnt it a worlwide date for release?

The British Isles get it 5 days before the rest of us.

Do the JP get it early? I'm quite surprised and smugly pleased if they don't.

Sorry to disappoint you, but they seem to have gotten their premiere June 8th.

Yeah it was released in Japan last week. They get everything first.

if i get bored enough one night i will go and see it
but other things demand my attention first

LOL at Dirge 3 more days till our premiere

I watched it yesterday at the cinemas. I like the animation etc just didnt like the storyline.

Especially megatron has another boss.

Im sooo bummed!!! My 13 yr. old son is on a week boyscout camping trip in Colorado. He won't be back until next Sat. Three days after the movie is released! He gave me strict orders NOT to see Transformers w/o him! SOOOO...I won't be online for a couple days after movie is out, because I don't want to spoil any parts or read any reviews about the movie until we can see it together!!

Hm. I think he needs to get his priorities straight. Transformers, then plan other activities around it.

I have unfortunately read a few things about it that upset me, but I will try and keep an open mind that maybe the WHOLE movie wont suck, just parts

I have seen several reviews and spoilers that have made me leery, but despite that I'm going to see it tommarrow night with the hope that it's what I...hoped for.

for those going,let us know how it was in general. i am a little scared as someone earlier posted Jetfire has a cane WTF! i thought the 1st movie was ok but as always hollywood can usually never meet the hardcore fan bases expectations.

I have to say after seeing it yesterday I did like it. {Apart from the blatant(micro SPOILER) star wars aprrentice type exchange between megatron and the fallen. Rip off I say primus damn you.}

I'll hold off on saying anything else till everyone has seen it. {I did go to see it with very low expectations as the prequel comics and the comic adapatation were terrible.}
