It seems to me the most mis-transformed Autobot across the bar is Jazz.
That chest thing
can be confusing. There's also the distinct chance of breaking your hood too!

I know for a fact that I wouldn't be able to transform Alternators Dead End (and the instructions don't help much there), Omega Supreme, Metroplex, Fort Max, or Scorponok without instructions but how in the world do you not get Optimus Prime right? Optimi and Ultra Magni are almost an instinctual transform.
Optimus is so simple a caveman could do it!
The best one bar none is Megatron though. He looks like a South Park character.
