both are worth the trouble, jetfire is a+, the new prime is more movie accurate, and more "scale" in is alt mode
youtube has some nice transforming revieuws about both

The more I look at ROTF leader prime the more I dislike him. {both in pics and in person (from looking at the figure in stores)} [He'd need to be 1/2 retail or lower before I'd even consider picking him up I'm afraid and considering what happened with the last one (who was dropped first to £15 then £10 I'm holding out for a similar bargain with this one which I still think isn't worth £45)]
Jetfire just oozes awesome though. Definitely looking forward to getting him.,

Am I the *only* person that was sincerely hoping that IF Jetfire appeared in ROTF, that he'd be a nice shade of off-white/yellow? THAT would be the absolute greatest in-joke EVER. (Well, except for maybe a gold transformer that stubbed his toe and it broke off)

I hadn't thought about that but that would have been wicked funny. Living in a foreign land I didn't get much of anything about the new movie but from you all. So I had no real expectations other then seeing new TF's. ROTF came through for me in that respect. I wonder why Soundwave didn't come down to rip up some earth too?

who knows.... they seem to done a repaint for every "movie 1" toy.
I'm sure they will eventually release a repaint of Jetfire.
They should call the repaint "
Skyfire"

i'm sure that thought has already crossed the collective marketing minds of the undisputed KINGS of repaints, HasTak

But then wouldn't it be a SR-71 White-ish bird?
Skyfire who would name a TF that...that's funny.

The toys look cool I'll be getting them both eventually. Unfortuantly The combined form looks nothing like it did in the movie...
