My MP Megs's shoulder and arms won't align. It's a pain in the butt. I can transform this thing now in about 15 or 20 minutes.

YESSSSS! MUDSCREAM! :lol:

Geez, Sunstorm... They didn't even get to your lesser known green brother, whateverhisnameis! What's happening?

But seriously, when are regular people going to be able to get a new set of Starscream/Thundercracker/Skywarp? By regular people i mean those of us who can't afford $350 for a BC excl. classics TC.

This Is One Line I Wont Be Spending Money On. They Look Cool And All.. But $150.00 For A Brand New Toy.. Forget About It. If It Was A G1 Toy Mint In Box Bring It On.. But That Price For Something Thats New Is Just Out Of Control. :roll:

Joined the discussion about MP's late...here's my two cents worth.

I have the following MP figures:

*Ultra Magnes
*Three Primes: 2oth Anniv. , one with longer smokestacks, and the original MP Prime (Short smokestacks)
*Starscream
*Megatron (He is the only one to show signs of cosmic rust!)
*Repaint of Prime as Motormaster

***Plan to get the G1 repaint of Starscream and Skywarp someday soon.

I don't think I am going to get anymore, got MP Prime with his trailer and myself. They are over priced...

All I want is a skywarp. (and possibly a trailer for an MP prime. Oh and a cheap Mp starscream for kit bashing purposes...)

I just took leave of my senses and bought this.... I just love it. It's reasonably expensive at £100 ($200), but then, I would spend up to £70-£80 for a MP TF anyway and it's a very good job. I may even further customize him with some yellow highlights here and there... :D

I'm gonna go downstairs right now and inquire my father if he has any thing that can protect MP Megs from cosmic rust. I'm sure he's just the thing to do so...

Any joy TT? That cosmic rust is really annoying the hell out of me.

Well, after receiving my own MP Megs recently... My dad recommended liquid car wax to seal the uncoated metal surface. I applied some to my own with some q-tips (a half hour job at least), and it's nice and shiny. I coated all the metal surfaces, careful not to get it on the plastic, and then buffed it off BEFORE it dried... it would be waaaay too hard to get it out of cracks if it were dry (thus the necessity for liquid wax). It looks great now, certainly didn't hurt, but i won't know for a while if it's a long-term solution!

coat your feet, old friend. It won't hurt to try the liquid wax, and it'll be too late if you wait for it to start rusting to try!

I have been sent my shipping confirmation email for Mp megs. So I'll have to try your suggestion on the feet TT.

Here's some detailed pics of the MP Skywarp and Starscream G1 repaint I got for Christmas.... I can't wait to add the MP SunStorm to these when he arrives(!) :D

Skywarp;

Words can't quite describe just how cool Skywarp is - in his black jet-mode with lots of white detailing all over him, my camera doesn't quite capture all of it or do him justice.

G1 repaint Starscream;

This repaint is simply awesome. I just can't understand why Takara/Tomy didn't make him like this in the first place... I haven't put him into jet-mode yet, so I'm yet to see how he looks like this.

I'll update the pics once I've had chance to transform them both into their alternate modes.

I'M too late..... :cry: Any ideas what I can do now? If I put the wax on will it stop it getting worse?
