Problem with my order

I recently placed an order for two Transformer tech specs which were said to be in excellent C-9 condition. The tech specs were for Outback and Tailgate. Both tech specs have serious creases down the middle of each card from being folded in half sometime in the past. They are in horrible condition which surprises me seeing as how I have down business with you many times in the past and have never had a problem. If you want to keep me as a repeat customer, I hope you will be willing to correct this mistake. I have tried to e-mail you guys, but your mail box must be full or something.

I think I finally got an e-mail through, but nobody seems to want to respond to it. These two Transformer tech specs you sent me are unacceptable. Please respond to my e-mail.
