Look at it this way.
You can always buy one of those "sketch pad" attachments for your computer, that transfers as you draw onto the screen and into a file.
What a lot of photoshop artists cannot do is fall back on a pad and pencil when the power drops out on their laptop in the middle of a presentation.
Don't sell yourself short.
