Hi all I just thought I would take a crack at customizing Transformers but before I begin I need to know if there is a way to remove pins without damaging the figure.

Pins or no pins I'm starting on Ironhide and I have a few tricks up my sleeve, mainly turning his guns into G1 style guns.

Well, that's how I do it anyway. Maybe someone else has a better idea?Minerva wrote:See if you can find something small and pointy to carefully push the pin out. The pin is ridged on either one or two sides, so if pushing it from one side doesn't work, just try the other side.
If you're unsure how this works you could try removing a pin on another figure (a junker or something), just to practice.

nail and a hammer might work. it also might break the figure. i would be carefull.

Thanks I will have try those.
In the G1 show didn't Ironhide have an alternate hand/gun that shot liquid nitrogen or something of that sort that he used in an episode or two if so could someone find me pictures please.
