Need a response from someone please

Recently i purchased a rather expensive Transformer and it came with a broken part. Ive sent 2 messages via Ebay and havent received a response and ive been waiting 3 days.
I want to resolve the issue before leaving feedback, i want to purchase many figures in the future but this being my first with Transformerland, im not that impressed so far. Communication wasnt an issue when i was buying the figure afterall....
