From what I have seen, they are new original Modes that are supposed to have the older look and feel to them.

Seibertron has the Magnus 2 pack listed as offical release as part of wave 3. But the Ultra Magnus is just a repaint of the Prime in blue and white, no trailer or anything so he looks cruddy. I have seen pics of the cab, if I find it on there I'll come back and post it.
