Deluxe Frenzy toy WTF!!

hey guys.
yeah this is frenzy. tho his alt mode just screams we messed up Soundwave and copped out so we could use his name again later.

yeah, but frenzy doesn't get very big, don't forget. if soundwave was about 3 feet tall, everyone would have moaned too.

Cute? That Frenzy looks ridiculous. It looks like someone sneezed a wad of plastic. Is he supposed to be the movie version? I thought we were moving forward with the complexity and accuracy of the toys these days, not backwards.
The Megatron leader class could use a little work too. The Optimus Prime leader class looks really cool in semi mode, but there is something slightly wrong with the robot mode and I can't put my finger on it. I'm probably being way too picky though.
The Bumblebee deluxe/leader class (whatever) is by the far the best. It looks awesome in both forms.
The voyager class toys all look pretty cheap. And what's with those protoform versions? They look like mechanical sperm or something.
It would be awesome if they made a masterpeice Prime from the movie. I'd go for that!

When you compare him to some of the others, he isn't all that bad. His alt mode looks good. He kinda looks like a chubby baby lobster monster that wants a hug.

I know this is being discussed extensivly in a new thread, but I wanted to correct myself. After going to the store and checking out the new movie toys, I can see I was fooled by some pics I'd seen online a while back. The Bumblebee I was looking at was the "Unleashed" statue. (I think that's what it's called). The Bumblebee we saw the other day was just kind of, eh.
