Mystery Decepticon Jet Help

Hello I picked up a transformer I am having a hard time identifying and could use some experts help. I have never seen this jet before and I am not sure who it is, I asked AI and it says it is a early version of Ransack. I think it is wrong because I have only seen Ransack as a insecticon and never a jet. So I am asking for help to identify this transformer. I would like to repair its missing arm and restore the figure if possible so your help is greatly appreciated.
