I wouldn't (and didn't) pay more than $20 for Prowl and Inferno.

Sorry Sixshot, had to go out and got back really late. I paid £27.99 ($56?) including shipping for my set. Hope that helps.

Oh, no problem, Rumble! Thanks for replying!

BTW, did that include the boxes they came in or were they just packaged 2gether? Also, I'm wondering if I could pick up the original giftset box from somewhere?

That reminds me, anybody know a website or ebay seller that makes customized G1 boxes or just plain sells G1 boxes(with or without the inserts)? I ask because it seems that Mirage Boxes, which was my main source is either out of business or changed his site to an indisclosed place! Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Oh, BTW, Hound, I'm assuming those are MIB prices, but that's still 2 expensive for those particular figures! Have u checked Matt's stock or someone on here? I think $60-$80 is fair for a MIB C9 or better Prowl, Smokescreen, or Bluestreak!

Thanks Sixshot!
Some are MIB some are not, but there's quite a lot of them out there now, I will follow your advice and go for $80 tops. I'm talking Prowls now.
Smokescreens and Bluestreaks seems harder to come by now though.

The price I paid inclueded the complete figures, and the small figure boxes as well as the carton that they would have come in at the store. Here are some pics:

Its a nice little set and well worth the money. I have seen the giftset on e-bay before but was out of my price range. Have got 4 of the originals MIB as well, just looking for the last 2 now.

Wow, how much has that run u! I think I might be more interested in that, if it's affordable!

Great set, BTW! I was interested in a seller on ebay, but the total cost would be at least $70; let alone if someone bids on it,

The cost for the 4 originals MIB was £40, which I thought was a good price. Though it was quite awhile ago.

A friend of mine has a G1 Megatron which is in fantastic condition and he's looking to sell it.

Apparently, the box is a bit tatty, but the polystyrene insert is in place and it's complete with all parts, instructions, etc.

I'll be able to get some pics in due course, but how much do you reckon he should be looking at selling it for?

I actually purchased a mint megatron for around $90 to replace the one i had (broken) from a while back. It's absolutely mint...no chrome wear or anything, everything basically gleams in the light...it came with all accessories (minus the small silver gun, which i already had) plus extra scope and stock, as well as some bullets. At first the bullets through me off as I thought i may have just received a reissue, but i searched through google and it said the tell-tale sign of a reissue is the "made in china" stamp, as well as certain screws that are used. i checked mine and it says "made in japan" has the original dates, and fires the plastic pellets, and has the corresponding screws....honestly i felt at the time i slightly overpaid but when i got it in the mail i was highly pleased, and more so pleased when i confirmed it was an original release, as well as fired bullets.....so perhaps $90-$100 for your friend's??? not too sure since it has the box...mine did come with extra parts as mentioned.

I assume the cardboard is rough, but the styro pretty good. USD 130 to make a buyer happy, market price IMO would be USD 150.

Sorry to have such a mundane price request,
but I'm looking for a set of Target-exclusive 'all'-green Universe Devastator, the one which is a redeco of the RID Landfill combiner.

They come on cards, 2 on each.

What is the maximum I should shell out for these?

Also, what to pay for a Walmart exclusive all-yellow Landfill?
(I actually bought one already and love it so much I want an extra to keep in the box...)

Hey Snarl, hard hero collector here!! Optimus Prime is going to be expensive! You will have to shell out around 70 poung for him. For Soundwave and Grimlock you are looking at between 35-50 depending on condition, box and stuff. I have the last two, need Optiimus, Wheeljack and Jazz for a complete set. :D
