Quick question about the (King Toys) Mini Seeker Jets

Post by NUCKATRON »

I found a set of 12 (king toys) mini seeker jets including all the ghosts of jets, (ghost of starcream, ghost of dirge, ghost of ramjet, and ghost of thrust) and the set even includes Starscream Black and Sunstorm.

My quick question is, If i can get the whole set in all factory sealled mint boxes, would it be a good deal at $100 USD shipped to my home?

Heres what ill be getting in the set:

Mini GHOST OF DIRGE G1 KO

Mini G1 SUNSTORM KO (sunstrom lol)

Any opinions on the quality of the set and or the value of the whole set would be greatly appreciated!!

Well, I went ahead and BOUGHT THEM!!!!!!!

Post by NUCKATRON »

I did a lil bit of research on these, and found out their quality is top notch as far as KO's go, some report them to be on par with the ENCORE G1's!

I've found that they have been reported to be nearly exact reproductions, but in reduced scale by approx 40% of the Hasbro/Takara G1 Seekers. Even the stickers have been reported to be exactly the same quality as the full size original G1's!

The only gripes ive read about as far as these go are that their sticker sheets haven't been thoroughly stamp cut from the sheet, so looks like you have to take an exacto blade and trace around the existing cut to free them so that they don't tear when trying to remove them from the sheet.

WELL IM REALLY EXCITED ABOUT MY BUY, and i'll post some pics of the set when i get them in about a month from China.

If you have any comments on these Mini Seeker Jets by "King Toys", ide like to hear about them.

I have a complete set of these. They are indeed excellent quality for KOs. It's a fair price. They are worth it. And yese the stickers sheets are abit frustrating to peel off! I got too frustrated with my stickers and decided to forego the rest of the stickers for now.

Here's pics of mine:

Thats awesome SentinelPrime! They most definitely do seem to be worth the $8.33 USD I shelled out for each piece.

Visually the only difference I kinda spot out when comparing them to the full size seekers besides the obvious size difference is the slightly larger gap between the legs. It doesn't appear to be as wide a gap as in the WST line of seekers though. I gotta get a side by side comparison between a Takara G1, King Toys Mini G1, and the Takara WST G1 seeker.

Do you also have any of the WST seeker jets? I think my favorite is the Ghost of Skywarp. Hope i find a set of those some day.
