Sorry I haven't been around lately, but school and a messed up computer have held me back. Looks like I've missed some amazing collections!

Nice collection and a cool sig! I have never owned the deluxe insecticons, are they cool? One looks like a large recolor of kickback. I know they weren't on the cartoon, maybe comics?

Yes, they are cool! I don't have them yet though...

They are not even close to Kickback, nor the rest of the Insecticons. The toys are completely different, as they were made by Bandai instead of Takara. So they are closer to Whirl and Roadbuster.

As for the characters, I only know that they appeared on the UK comics only, as some others. CM will be able to shed more light in this subject.

thanks minerva, dinobot, etc.! Those pics are old, however, and I also have a G1 Barrage to throw in there, as well as my entire classics collection.

The deluxe insecticons appeared in the U.K. Time wars story and were killed off pretty sharpish by Galvatron. They also had a longer run in the special Micromaster 4 issue comic special.

I got my Shockwave for xmas awhile back...his arm was broken off and he was missing his gun barrel. So, I fixed him up with some superglue, reprolabels, and a new barrel.

As for the autobot cars, just keep looking. They'll go from about $30-$60 each, unless you want someone like Sunstreaker or Jazz. They may end up being a little more. -_-

You can get Jazz in that range too, usually. Perhaps you meant Wheeljack?

In my opinion Wheeljack, Sunstreaker and Mirage are the most expensive cars. Jazz has depreciated since it has been reissued. True, there are several differences, but most collectors are happy with just any sample of the character.
