Is IDW Comics Being Shutdown by Hasbro?
Is it true that Hasbro is shutting down IDW comics? If IDW comics is ending, what will happen to Transformers Stardive or the story about Machinations?

Yes and no. Hasbro does not own IDW Publishing, so IDW will continue to operate as a company. However, Hasbro has ended IDW's license to produce Transformers and GI Joe content. The ongoing Transformers comic series have all ended over the course of 2022 as a result. I haven't heard the reason why Hasbro chose to end the license yet, nor has any other comic book publisher been granted the license, so for now it seems as if Hasbro just took their ball and went home.
