Classics Nemesis Prime Prototype ??

Hello recently got this nemesis Prime classic mold. I noticed on the top of the cab it says Not For Sale. The inside of the legs are also stamped with Hasbro and Takara. A quick Google search says this may be a prototype of the SDCC Nemesis Prime figure? Does anyone have any information on this figure or can they confirm if this is truly a prototype? Thanks any information with greatly be appreciated.

Welcome, Chief Thunder! That's definitely an interesting piece, but I'm honestly not sure how to authenticate it without provenance. The leg stamping is correct, since a prototype of a recolor would already have finalized stamping and use the finalized mold (a prototype of Classics Optimus may not, as he was the first use of that mold).
The "Not For Sale" is tampographed, which lends credence to the idea of it being a proto or test shot.
The shoulder stickers appear to be ToyHax/Reprolabels Decepticon signs, as they have produced symbol stickers with that hexagon pattern and iridescent green finish, most commonly for War for Cybertron/Fall of Cybertron type figures, but I think one could get a sheet of just the symbols. I think it's safe to say they're likely not original to the set, unless designers were testing them out for looks!
I'll see if I can point some others at this thread who might have more answers!
