time traveller the wise

Post by Jonesat »

(i figured to post this here, since TT seems to be the transformer matrix himself lol)

i've wondered, maybe its been brought up allready and i just cant find it,

what got you into transformers that much that you researched everything down to a T?

like did people just always ask you questions and you had to find the answers alot your self and just remember them now? or is it more of a passion kind of thing?

just cause i was reading alot of the posts you made and you seem to know EVERYTHING there is lol. maybe you should write a TransformerLand book people can buy for cheap, and it tells them all kinds of usefull things about transformers that all good fans / collectors should know?

Lol. Flattery is not necessary, mortal ;)
I don't ~know~ everything, i just know where to find it if i don't. What got me into it?
A little knock-off transformer of a dump truck. I should dig him out and post pictures. My dad got it for me because I liked hot wheels (it's about that size) and construction machinery.
Furthermore, I was preparing to make a ~complete~ guide to US regular issue transformers. I contacted a publisher i had an in with, Krause books in Iola WI (the car show i go to every year is hosted by this company). Unfortunately, they are publishing such a book, though it only covers through 1990, ie, G1.
If i can find another publisher i would still be willing to make this a reality. If you know any other collectibles book publishers other than Krause and Schiffer, let me know.
