Some of my new TFs - Grimlock and Sludge arrived today. I also found a headmaster-less Snapdragon in a local charity shop for £0.10 at lunch today!!

. Just have to find his weapons and headmaster, and the main robot is in amazing condition;

Notice there's no picture of Sludge in robot mode - his left leg snapped clean off when trying to transform him, and I've checked round the joint and seen a few glue seams where it snapped

Stupid sludge why you keep breaking. I had three at one point all with dino heads mising and other problems.

G2 Grimlock, I actually liked the blue version of him. A few of my friends didn't like him.

As for Sludge, he is an Autobot, they all come apart in the presence of a Decepticon!

Found those KO WST Gestalt sets at Family Dollar 2day 4 $5 each! Got Defensor and Superion! Gonna buy some custom decals from reprolabels.com and make'em into true WST Gestalts, although Hot Spot is red, but damnit Fire Trucks are Red or Yellowish-Green, not Blue, right...right,

The rest still has to be sorted before it can be photographed. These were easy to separate from them and photgraph in my kitchen. Not in my TF room like normal. [as my $20 bootsale find was a box of TF's that I have not yet sorted out.]

him and Wheeljack have been floating round on ebay for a few months now

notice the slight differences most noticeably the rims are different the real FORD logo & Takara where yours says Super i think in the right bottom corner

Yeah, $16 for that KO doesn't sound too bad if it's decent quality.

speaking of the red hotspot. I foudn out that they released him in japan after the victory line recoloured red. So maybe its not all that bad. I'd have to see/handle a real alt/binal grimmy to know what differences the KO has. When i feel like removing it from its box i'll give you a report on its quality etc.

I've also got the plastic Grimlock, but I know 100% he's a Hasbro alternator, as I bought him in a Orlando Toys R Us in 2005 along with Windcharger and Swindle too.

I'll post some clear lose up pics of him for you Deszaras when I get chance so you can compare the two

Speaking of Dollar store junk, I got this mini-Brimstone for a buck.

They also had a crappy little Scourge, and a lion looking guy. Blatant rip-offs. They're called Morphobots. There's a guy selling them on the auction site for $3! Imagine that.

Ok report on KO binaltech grimlock. Said wheeljack on the insert. Arms were on the figure on the wrong sides so i had to get out my scrrewdriver and flip them over. It is all chepaish plastic. head mold is different.

I'll try to gte some pics but it does not look good.
