question from a collector's girlfriend, please help!

I have some questions and they may be stupid ones because I know little about Transfomers >.< (I do like them tho!) I want to know the following things because I want to buy my boyfriend Transformers as a christmas gift, so I hope you can help!

Ok, so it's about these Transformers:



1. Who is the black w/ green car??
2. Is the blue w/ red one rare? Because on this website (http://www.amazon.com/Defense-Hot-Shot- ... B000EQ9RWM) it says it costs $114.90... Or is that just nonsense?

the green and black car is downshift from the cybertron line the blue and red one is cyberton defense hot shot also form the cybertron line and i dont belive that he is rare i may be wrong though

they are out of production now and scammers on amazon overcharge. I think he was about $10-$20 when he was on general sale...
