All new PC's have Vista, so watch out! Be lucky if you can find a PC with XP on it. If not, have one custom built or have someone tech savvy install XP for you. OR, ask one of us and we can write up instructions for you.

I have been looking in to custom built PCs for Arcee and about getting XP on it.
If you go big name company now tho, they force Vista on you which I don't like at all.
I am constantly bugging her about getting the new PC btw

Frig that, though--there's no way I'm using Vista. I'm going to go the custom-built route. I'm going to give Dell a call and talk to them, just to see what kinda specs I can get for what price, but I already have my eye on a nice custom from Tiger Direct...

Hey, gang ... I'm posting from my BRAND NEW, SUPER-FAST, AWESOME COMPUTER. WWWOOOOOOOO. In your face, old boring infected desktop!

This thing is sweet. I spent way more than I wanted to, but I think it's worth any future hassle. Custom built it from here, and I highly recommend them. Quality stuff, decent prices, and excellent customer service.

Anyway, I thought I'd let you guys know, so that this thread could come full-circle, heheh. Thank you all very much for your help and suggestions. World of Warcraft, here I come!
