try to right click, save as example
I just did it and the file name was
cowbell
save type as...it should say GIF(*.gif)
If not check the drop down menu for it
I'm at a dell computer with windows xp installed.

no that doesnt come up for me I use firefox not MS explorer
maybe that has something to do with anyone know how?

Right click "save image as". It should work.
