this may have been covered already, but the first thing i noticed is when the head of frenzy got near the allspark, he was repaired by it, my question is why didnt it work on bumblebee. (or jazz.....i love jazz
surely if it can give frenzy his body back t could have fixed bumblebees voice box....or even his legs considering he was HOLDING it for quite along time

That's a good point, Artobot! Maybe the size has something to do with the cube's ablity to heal/create?

But then again all it took for the cube to release some energy was a good smack of a concrete curb/sidewalk when Sam dropped it.

There wasn't anything to control the transmission of energy either the wave of energy giving spark to whatever mechanical object was around.

Maybe the cube energy needs both direction (and the cube) proper size/ confguration to work?

Mystery, or Michael Bay throwing away the good scripts for more car chases?

He pratically brags about it in the special features.

well I just found this topic and I must say I disliked the movie over all. I own it BUT its just because it is a Transformer movie.

I hate that they used the wrong cars I hate that for Jazz being (second in command) he dies so easy. but my over all biggest dislike is the seen where the famed "One shall stand, One shall fall." line is the seen is of Sam in a ditch why could it not be of the 2 massive Leaders about to throw down?

Anyway I think the movie could have been way better with a diff director.

Does anyone know what Barricade is saying to Bumblebee in the scene where they battle for the first time? The scene where BB slides Mikaela and Sam out and of his body and transforms in front of them for the first time.

I've listened to it over and over and I can't make it out.

My job as official grumpy smart aleck requires me to ask, in all of the times you have researched this scene, have you thought about turning on the closed captions? ;) :P

I just assumed he was speaking Cybertronian and we weren't meant to know what was being said... But please let us know if you figure it out (captions, subtitles or otherwise).

I tried the scene with closed captioning just now and Barricade's repartee with Bumblebee didn't come up.

On a side note and completely off topic........ my husband crawled out of his coma long enough to ask me: "Are you watching that piece of BEEP again?

Now I have to watch it all the way through again so I can sleep right and its all your fault, Ultra! j/k

Does anyone know where the movie score (by Steve Jablonsky) can still be found (at a reasonable price)? I can't find it in the stores and those websites that have it (Amazon, Ebay) are selling it at ridiculous prices. And it's not on iTunes either.

If you have a Borders or Barnes and Noble near you they can probably order it for you since its probably still in print or hasn't been out of print long. I always go to those places for my last ditch "I have to have it music/movies" because they want the most money for items therefore they don't sell as well. I bet you won't have to pay over $20.00 for the title if they have it and if they have to ship from a warehouse its free....you just pick the title up there in store.

I'd try that before Amazon. People have gotten crazy in there price wise for everything about!

I've been looking for the same title you are ar my used music stores. I figure someone who has one will be needing beer money at some point and sell their copy.

You are so lucky, Dev! I don't think there's an IMAX theatre any closer to us than Charlotte.

As per Barricade.....

Well...all we saw was a flying wheel, so maybe Barricade made it out. I hope so! He was one of the best 'Cons.

I have Megatron, Brawl, Bonecrusher, Frenzy, and Blackout as dead.

Scorpinok, Barricade (not sure on those two) and Starscream as alive.

Did I miss anyone?

When the soldiers on the plane were picking through Scorpinok's tail and examining the damage inflicted by the sabot rounds... they said that he had something akin to a self-regenerating armor. Could that mean he's gone into the desert sands to heal?

Also what do the bots run on? There was no mention of energon or anything in the movie. Is this another unspoken no-brainer or what?
