With Quicksilver's invite, Arcee seems to think better of staying. As the two fembots exit, Magnus sighs a breath of relief. For a moment he considered the difficulties of having someone else there to monitor the procedures. Magnus had half-heartedly invited her to assist, but that was mainly to throw off the suspisions that would have been aroused if he tried to entrust such a delicate procedure to an off-worlder alone.
Optimus, wake up. We have work to do.

Even in Hi-Q's joking tone, that statement brings out the ire in Magnus.

After quick use of a medical nullifier through the cell doors, Galvatron is out for the procedure. Hi-Q begins his work again. As much as he believes that he is Optimus, the instictual skills remain there. It never occurs to Hi-Q that Optimus would not be able to do these things.
Will we be able to siphon any usable data? Things are pretty scrambled, like you said earlier.

After much debate, the captured "memories" involved troop movements and large sections of Megatron barking orders. It was brief, and extremely chronologically inaccurate, but Rodimus wanted results, and far be it for Magnus not to deliver.
Now, will our device still operate, if we relocate it to here.... disguising it as the crucial.... You are a genious, Hi...err Optimus.
And now this listening device?
That should be obvious. It would be the first thing they will look for if they suspect we have captured him. When they find this, they will not look for anything else of note. Our triggers will be even more hidden. I would say, right...about...here should do it.

He was no medic, but he understood enough to know what a standard, or even a detailed scan, would reveal. The Listening device Rodimus had demanded was only a ploy. It would keep the true device a well gaurded secret.
Thanks to the device that Hi-Q had planted previously, and had now hidden even more effectively, Galvatron would no longer be able to lift a finger against Magnus, or Hi-Q. Any attempt to do so would either lead Galvatron to change his target to Rodimus, Megatron, or Stalker (assumiong the first, as even the strongest of hypnotic suggestion would not be able to sway a determined bot to attack his ally), or it would cause Galavtron to completely black out.
These actions would be easily explainable to any that had observed Galvatron's actions as of late.
Now for the purge... I assume you said that bit earlier, about how Galvatron's mind could not be fully repaired, due to the fact that Arcee and I were not gone long enough for you to properly plant the Reaquistion Module, and it was causing a short circuit?

Blackjack arrived at the gates of Iacon. He couldn't shake the feeling that something was off, it bothered him. The air was heavy. It smelled of Decepticons, but he had told himself that the Decepticons weren't here. They were off plotting somewhere. He wondered if onld Megatron was still around. Maybe he had died the same time as Optimus, maybe Starscream was in command now, maybe they had all destroyed each other fighting over command. He wished that were true. Anyway, there would be plenty of time to discover those answers. The Decepticons certainly weren't dead after all, otherwise why would Iacon need to be such a fortress. He stop at the gates to transmit an access code.

Magnus to Rodimus. I have the device planted and am now ready to drop the package. For the safety of the base's location, and speed of travel, I feel this should be a solo mission.
Without waiting for a response, Magnus switches off his comm, and sets it for radio silence.
Galvatron, still unconcious, is now bound and loaded into the trailer. Magnus transforms into semi mode, and rolls out with his cargo, of one Decepticon, and way more energon than a single bot should safely consume in a sitting.
So, tell me more about this bar.

As they also consume too much, it would be logical to leave a drunken Galvatron just outside, over energized. It would explain the blackout he has just experienced from the memory wipe we gave him.
With that, Magnus leaves through the side gates of the base. The route planned will take much longer than a straight trip to the bar, but should be extremely quiet, and unpopulated. Magnus should not be seen.

up enters Iacon through the back door next to his office, and wlks towards the war room, he spots Rodimus and blackjack when entering,
"hiya Lad have you seen Magnus? i saw that I missed his comlink and he didn't leave any messages on the answering machine"
Kup grabs his chair at his usual spot around the table, it has been ages since he sat here

Cam tosses the base comm handset to Rodimus to give the orders, then he and Kup punch up the controls.

As Sideways follows behind GB and CJ, he ponders about what is going to happen. As he's driving, his long-range sensors pick up an explosion behind them. Puzzled, he address GB and CJ.
Hey, did any of you pick up that explosion on your scanners? What the heck was that?

Dammit! I'm losing power! I'll have to change alternate modes if I can't make it! You guys have a med center or a lab back at this base? I'm in need of serious repairs.

Sideways makes it inside the gates of Iacon and crashes, his mini-con rider falling off. Sideways does not move for what seems like an eternity before barely being able to transform. Without putting on a helmet, he hobbles as best he can into the command center and collapses on the floor. He just lies there,helpless as he cannot get up on his own because his legs no longer work. He is barely able to speak, and he utters a few words before falling into stasis lock.

Arcee took a small sense of pleasure in hearing that the energon bar had been destroyed. It had never been easy for her to feel comfortable there, and the entire premise of it never did make much sense to her. Whoever blew it up--Decepticon or otherwise--was practically owed a "thank you."

Anyways, this guy doesn't seem to be a bad 'bot, just a little confused. I think we could his help. Now if yous don't mind I'd like to go an check out the bar. I was just beginnin to like that place and somebody goes and blows it up. Probably the 'cons, wouldn't put it past em.

Hey boss he was the guy, Sideways is his name, that Blackjack went to talk to. When Cliffjumper, Elta and myself went to the bar to blow off steam I talked to him also he strikes me as on the level. So when Arcee issued the recall order I made a solo decicion to bring him back with us.
