I am trying to get all of the headmasters but I do not know how many there are. Can anyone help a Dinosaur in distress ?

Technically, Piranacon, you also forgot Armada Sideways, and Energon Omega Supreme. Possibly others, I'm not terribly familiar with the non-G1 lines.

If you are gonna count Armada sideways and Energon Omega Surpeme you gotta also include....Armada Overload, Energon Ultra Magnus, Energon Omega Sentinal, and Energon Rapid Run. I don't think I forgot any of them.

The only two to elude me via pricewise are: Grand Maximus and Black Zarak.
Snarl..the Japanese Transformers are worth collecting, but all the different series, except for Masterforce and Victory are not all that great!
