Where can I buy me a Windcharger?

Post by Ironhide »

Meeheeh, you thought this'd be an easy one to answer right?

I'm after this Windcharger.

Apparently it's in none of the Micron booster packs.
Can anyone give me advice on how to get hold of him?

(Sadly, I've got a thing about micron-combiners - I fear I'll pay dearly for that addiction.. )

Good luck on this one... they made 4000 of them, exclusive to ToysRUs Japan.

I suggest you brush up on your Kanji skills... by the time you learn to read the Japanese auctions, you *might* have enough $$$ saved up for him :D

Wheezel, I was afraid of that.
I've got that figure, and it's nothing special, but that redeco is wicked!
I've decided I'm not in a position to go after crazy-rare items yet, I'll rather spend my money on getting quality G1s and working my way up from there... :)

Semi-good news Hound! While searching for BWR stuff for onslaught, I noticed something!

BWR stuff is ALSO Japanese exclusive, and most are limited to 4000 units produced... they're currently going for around $45-70 each.

So... IF you ever manage to find a Super Link Windcharger, you can expect it to go for somewhere around there. Though I wouldn't be surprised to see it go for twice as much, just because it doesn't look like people are letting them go as readily as BWR.

Still... a heck of a lot of scratch for a recolor :(
