Thought he'd be a bit bigger personally. I don't really want to spend $50 + shipping on this guy at the moment. I'll wait till the US release, probably be cheaper.

Still, of all the options out there, this seems to be the best.

Yes, there is the method you are taking, Desz, to build your own...

But, when it comes to pull it out of the box and have the most fun, this is the way to go... especially as this is the one my kids would be playing with.

I personally can't wait... I do believe it is being released as a giftset stateside, too. I like the way scrapper looks, i hope he gets a deluxe/voyager toy before this is through.

He looks very cool, even though he's smaller than I thought.
I think I'm going to get one despite that. :)

Well at the moment the cheapest one I can find on everyones most hated fee site is $90.88 USD {~£55 GBP} with shipping added.....

 For seven legends figures I can wait until the US/UK get a version. Its got to be cheaper than that.

he looks fantastic, but a bit small. But I will not hold that against him. He will be mine soon...

the legends class toys ARE a bit small, but they've generally been pretty excellent. even the legends of regular-size figures are generally pretty excellent. Since Movie '07, classics 2.0, and ROTF, they don't feel "cheap" or "fragile" like the cybertron ones sometimes did. I think we'll all be pleased with devastator!
The one thing that sucks though, is the price at $50.
Legends are generally $5 ea., so 5x7= $35.
Meanwhile, the Superion and Bruticus Target sets go the other way...
$12 (one deluxe) + 4x$8 (four scouts)= $44, and they're actually priced at $30, and were even on sale for $28 on target.com!

In conclusion to my ramble, i think even $40 would me a much more fair price for this dev... but i'll shell the $50 if it comes down to it :P

TT's right. The legends have become great little toys and come a long way since the original Cybertron pieces. The Devastator cons look great, especially Overload. Can't wait for these things to hit the U.S.
