I just got Masterpiece Skywarp. Compared to my Starscream, Skywarp's joint are all tight. I need to break him in.

I was able to find the rest of the Ko-minicon team to finish this giant ko skyboom shield:

side by side:

original on top of the KO

The KO's are virtually identical to the originals. Notable differences are the size, stickers, and use of screws(ko) vs rivets (TF). The screws mean I can disassemble and repaint the KO if I feel so inclined.

I would love to find a giant Star Saber to go with the Skyboom Shield and Requiem Blaster, but then I might need to find a giant transformer to wield them.

Got an old beat up Classics Ramjet in a lot the other day, and look what i turned him into :D I call him Stealth Ramjet. Its my first custom Transformer, and one of my more recent purchases.

I also removed that annoying chest piece thing that sits over the cockpit. A simple fix, just snapped it off with some pliers, and cleaned it up with a razor sharp knife. (kids, dont try this at home)

Well this week has been good to me. I have g1 Dai Atlas on the way to me. Can't wait to get him and get him transformed and displayed and transformed several more times :D ! Also today, impulse evil-bay shopping has a complete g1 Quake (minus instructions) coming to me :) . Quake has been on my list for a long while, but most have been overpriced (read: out of my price range), broken, incomplete, or worn.

Hey Cap - that ko Skyboom Shield looks so large it might only be wieldable by Fortress Maximus! How long is it? It looks huge!

Well here is todays find:

I got him from my local Target. It was him or Ravage. I am happy. :)

... Oh, and he found his namesake... I think he dismembered him...

Countdown, the KO-boom shield is about 12" tall. It and the giant KO requiem blaster look like they are scaled for 12" GI Joes or Masterpiece Transformers.

What about using the KO's with the combined armada prime? thats a tall figure when merged with the trailer or jetfire.

I picked up an RotF Smokescreen from my Walmart the other day. Was on the fence a while about getting him, Wasn't sure if I liked the colors or the mold.(Plus I already have two of the Jazz mold from the first movie.) But decided to get him to complete the Mars team in the IDW comics.

Also got a Encore Sky lynx for only $30 bucks. I hope it'll be in soon.

I'll bet he is but I don't have him. Right now, the only figure I have tall enough is Classics Constructicon Devastator and I haven't tried it with him. I'll probably have some bot ride it like a surfboard.

I just got a complete energon omega supreme
and cybertron leader class optimus (blue) missing some small accessories.

And a weird stack of yellow disks. They seem like miniature versions of that old view finder toy. Although these are all outlines rather than pictures. So I wonder if they're meant to be one of those flashlight {bat signal} toys. Anyone know what they are?

Well here are a few pics of Dai Atlas that I just got in:

Unfortunately I have to say, I am not nearly as impressed as I hoped I would be. I have a few problems with this fig:
1. All of the pegs for the accessories (shield, handle, wings, ramps, etc) are all WAY too loose. They just might as well stay off. I am going to have to figure a way to tighten them up a little bit.
2. The micromaster sucks. Period. His hands are behind him facing the wrong direction.
3. The figure doesn't lock into place for the vehicle mode. I think I might be able to fix this if I look at the fig more carefully.

I like how it looks when I am not touching it however. Still, all and all, I am glad to have it.
