I went scrounging through the PCC combiners tonight and found every one available BUT that.. ..I have a feeling when I do run across one that it will be when least expected and therefore fall under that "impulse" buy category.

That might explain why I was unable to find one then... :( Hopefully next year will be a promising one for transformers toy releases.

Sweet! I'm going to have to head down there in a few to see if my local WM has any in stock...*crosses fingers*...as for me this came in the mail yesterday:

Sentinel Prime had a thread, with a nice review, on this a few years back....just couldn't locate it again. Anyways...years after it's release I managed to get my hands on a copy. Transformers: The Ark is now on my short-list. And damn is it expensive.....

Just scored a G1 complete Skullcruncher for 50 shipped. Figure is in great shape except 1 peeling sticker. Hopefully, I can get a Horri-Bull somewhere near that (fingers crossed).

Roadbuster that poster is bad ass. Very cool find. Is it an old poster or something printed recently?

As for my new purchases this week, I went to Kmart and found Generations Jazz and Tracks. Im impressed with the two of them but Jazz has some weak knee joints. I also went back to the local flea market and pick up G1 Twin Twist. I now have him and Topspin. :):):) But the greatest of all is that I ordered a complete C9 OMEGA SUPREME and should be seeing him in the next week or so. :D :D :D

Oh yeah I almost forgot, I stopped in a local sports memorabilia shop and what do I find among all the signed baseballs and football helmets and so on? A pack of Transformer comics. Seven of them wrapped together in a zip lock bag. All together I got about $26 worth of comics (labeled price when new) for $9.99. I wasnt really into comics but after seeing the artwork by IDW I feel they would be awesome to just hang on the wall. Time to start looking for more.

Here are the ones that came in the pack.

Great comic finds everyone! I'm almost through collecting the G1 Marvel (US) run myself. Though IDW's Spotlight series does appeal to me and collecting those is something I've seriously considered recently. Great find on that Horri-bull too! Wow! $63 is a steal!

It's OOP. Got mine off E-pray for the opening bid of $0.99.

My Transformers Bible came in today..."The Ark" (complete compendium) arrived, quite appropriately to Arkansas where it found it's way into my hands...Over 400 pages long it contains character design sketches of EVERY character from G1 Seasons 1-4 all the way through each of the Japanese continuities (Headmasters, Victory, Zone)...Compiled by Jim Sorenson and Bill Forester along with original material from Bob Budiansky. Published: 2007

Awesome book bud I grabbed it myself from amazon last week and I am very pleased with it. Unitl now I only had "The Ark II" which is the compendium of only the Japanese characters. But the one I got like yours is totally killer! Great haul bud!
