save this pic. then edit it to the right head size you want.
I made several copies of the heads and made each one a little bit different in size. I also left about 1" of paper hang down below the neck.
That is what you want to tape to the back of the toy's (so called head).

You can fold the paper down and the head fits perfectly in the van mode as well.
