Alright, I finally got Meister, Dead End, and Tracks all in one glorious fell swoop at my local Target which usually never has anything. I think Meister and Tracks are the two best in the line, period. Tracks because of his unique and classic look and loaded arsenal, and Meister because of the styling and because he is the evolution and almost perfection of the Smoke/Streak style transformation.
So after seeing these guys in the plastic, I'm definetly more ramped up about Grimlock and Windcharger.

Winchargers Gun barrel was shorten, and it seems to affect the BT versions, not jsut ares, as it seems to have bene a decision by Honda.

Yeah, I know, but I dont think it has a single thing to do with TFs. Unless you can say that head is almost the same as a certian TF, then I would say let the rumors fly.

Transformers Alternators are the greatest! So far I have Smokescreen, Sideswipe, Silverstreak, Hound & Deadend. I passed on Meister, cause I'm not a big fan of the RX-8 & the box did'nt have any clear plastic covering the figure, it was just the box & you could touch the car without opening it.

On another note, since Deadend is released without the rest of the Stunticons, does this mean no Menasor? Also same question with Swindle, no Bruticus?

So far I have'nt opened any of them, but after reading this topic I think I'll go transform them & relish in the ingenius designs.

no, don't expect any gestalts out of the alternators. as much as we fantasize, the design elements needed to combine them would degrade the transformation and accuracy of car and robot. that and given the story behind why the 'cons look like repainted 'bots, i would question whether we'll even see many more from those two combiner groups. i'd only count on maybe more stunticons.
