Hopefully that is a van not a car. You could put shelves up in a van. I don't know how much you got for the guitar but it seems to be quite a bit considering all the TFs you buy.

So binaltech are japs alternators and they are metal instead of plastic. guess i'll find out when I get the thing. (but $16 is really cheap if it's binaltech correct?)

Binaltech is indeed the Takara name for the line Alternators from Hasbro. There are more cars available in the Takara line (their numbers are typically BT01, BT02 etc etc, but they also have BTA 01 and BTA02 in places too, where they release a similar in different robot guise. There's also the Takara Kiss Players range that has a Prowl and Hot Rodimus available which are nice ) They are usually made of metal car surface parts with plastic innards (one exception is the e-hobby clear plastic Mirage/Ford GT40 - completely plastic, but still worth a ton ). I have two metal ones, and although they are nice and weighty and look good at first, I found that transforming them was a hazard that begged to chip off the paint in all sorts of corner and thin edge areas so, be careful with it Deszaras(!) Although the plastic ones feel cheaper, because the plastic is coloured, they are much more robust for transforming. I just don't transform my metal ones anymore. I've deliberately tried to get Alternators now instead of Binaltech because of it. The Binaltech ones are expensive anyway

I got rumble and wanted some more Alt's I've seen dead end, ravage and swindle. Are they any good sunstorm?

Dead-End is the best of the 3 Dodge Vipers IMO - there's SideSwipe and SunStreaker available too. Dead end is a modded Hennessey Viper in his car mode and he looks awesome in black . I have SideSwipe, but SunStreaker. Dead-End is definitely the better one

I have been bought Ravage - the Jaguar XK8 version, not the Battle Ravage Corvette version - for Christmas, though Mrs SunStorm won't let me look at him It looks awesome in the pics I've seen;

I much prefer the cat version of the XK8, but then the other is still very cool. My yellow Tracks that's the same car is my favourite Alternator, so the Battle Ravage version is most likely also

Swindle is also the better version of the Hound IMO. In yellow rather than green, he also has a plate on his bonnet (or hood for those over the atlantic ) that swivels to reveal his Decepticon symbol. Hound has an Autobot symbol, but therein lies his flaw Decepticon always wins

I would also recommend either Meister, since I have him - a white Mazda RX-8 (if you want an Autobot ) or, a better version that I'm still to get - Shockblast (which is actually Shockwave's head, isn't it!? );

Shockblast is called Laserwave in the BT versions for some reason

ive only got 2 alts Smokescreen & Nemesis Prime and a Rodimus on the way soon (they are being sold retail here )

do they all have California number plates apart from the themed cars (Smokescreen,Police Prowl etc)?

the pic of the alt mode doesn't do it justice its far nicer in real life

They should do a Soundwave Alternator, and have the engine part as one of the cassette bots instead of a gun as it is normally.
