mine didn't either, but one day i was transforming the one i had since new and it just kinda fell apart. i went to get the spare out of another box, and it broke pretty much when i picked it up!

I broke off one of the arms while transforming mine, so I glued it and said to heck with it! I just cant transform him anymore.
